Recruitment companies aren't all bad but it's fucking downright stupid of them if they aren't courteous in receipt of a "go away." And want to stay in business. Once you are on their lists it's very hard to get off them and normally involves rudeness and shouting. Plus, they are quite happy to sell your details to other recruitment companies, sometimes in other countries. I once received an unsolicited call from an agent in Germany...
